Who Operates the Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Hailuo03AI (mini-max-h3.com). Hailuo03AI is an independent website powered by MiniMax H3. It is not the official MiniMax website and is not affiliated with MiniMax.

Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country. If you are under the age at which you can enter a binding contract, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. You must have legal authority to use the payment method used for a purchase.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the generator, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.

The Service

Hailuo03AI currently supports MiniMax H3 text-to-video and first-frame image-to-video generation at 2K for 5, 10, or 15 seconds. AI output is probabilistic. We do not promise that an output will match your prompt, preserve identity or anatomy, be error-free, or be suitable for a particular purpose.

Your Inputs and Outputs

You keep any rights you already hold in prompts, uploaded images, and outputs. You grant Hailuo03AI and its infrastructure and model providers a limited license to host, transmit, inspect, process, and retain inputs and outputs only as needed to provide the service, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, resolve billing issues, and meet legal or payment-processor requirements.

You are solely responsible for having all permissions, publicity rights, privacy rights, and intellectual-property rights needed for every input and for your use of every output. Subject to those third-party rights and these Terms, paid outputs may be used commercially. This is not a guarantee that any output is copyrightable, non-infringing, or legally safe in every country.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not submit, request, create, or use the service for:

• pornography, sexually explicit content, adult nudity intended for sexual gratification, fetish content, or sexual services;
• any sexualized depiction of a minor, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or age-obscured sexual content;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or a real person's likeness without the necessary consent and rights;
• illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, scams, deceptive political manipulation, or evasion of safety systems;
• graphic gore, terrorism, violent extremism, unlawful violence, self-harm promotion, hate, harassment, or discrimination;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• malware, automated abuse, account sharing, resale of access, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

This list is not exhaustive. We may block a request, remove access, preserve evidence, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, payment partners, or the service.

Content Screening and Evidence

Prompts and uploaded images are screened before generation. A request blocked before provider submission does not consume generation credits. Automated screening can make mistakes, and passing our screening does not mean content is lawful or permitted.

If a request reaches the upstream model and is then rejected for content-policy reasons, provider cost may already have been incurred. Credits used for that request are not refundable. Input hashes, moderation decisions, task details, and private uploaded evidence may be retained for 365 days, and longer when reasonably required for an active payment dispute, abuse investigation, or legal obligation. Removing an image from the interface is a soft deletion during that period.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Credits are service units, not money, property, or a stored-value account; they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Subscription credits and one-time credit packs follow the allowance and validity shown at checkout. We do not charge overages without a separate purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally remains effective through the paid period. It does not refund a partially used period. See the Refund Policy for the complete rules.

Failures and Refunds

Verified site or upstream technical failures automatically return the generation credits once. Requests rejected by our checks before upstream submission are not charged. Completed outputs are charged even when their style, quality, likeness, motion, or prompt adherence is unsatisfactory. Upstream policy rejections after processing begins, user cancellation, and misuse are not technical failures and are not refundable.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Models, limits, prices, and features may change. Material subscription changes will apply no earlier than the next billing cycle where required by law. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, provider failure, or legal reasons.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hailuo03AI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Hailuo03AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Hailuo03AI in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

You agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful inputs, outputs, use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, prohibited content, safety evasion, legal risk, or material breach. Terms concerning payment, evidence, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where necessary.

Disputes and Contact

Before filing a chargeback or formal claim, contact [email protected] with your account email, order or task ID, and a clear description. We will investigate in good faith and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, it may be brought before a court that has lawful jurisdiction under the rules applicable to the parties and transaction.
